DOC  Surry & Sussex along with the London branch would like to invite you to a ride out on the 25th July for the Motoitaliano Extravaganza Day at Sammy Millers Museum, Bashley Cross Roads, New Milton, Hampshire, BH25 5SZ.

 

The start time for any one in the Surry & Sussex area will be some time around 08:30/08:45 from the Main Building Shoreham Airport.

 

Start time for any one in the London Area will be around 08:30/08:45 from the The Ship, Jews Row Wandsworth.

 

The running time from Shoreham is about 2hrs and 83 miles

 

The running time from Wandsworth is also about 2hrs and 85 via the M3 or 110 via the A3

So please have a full tank.

 

If you would like to make it a weekend event, you may just like to take advantage of the easy camping nearby, some of the DOC members will be.

 

The Museum is open from 10:00 until 16:00 and the entry cost is £5:90 Adults and £3:00 Children, the tea room is also open from10:00 and is out side of the Museum

 

The museum houses the finest collection of fully restored motorcycles in Europe, including factory racers and exotic prototypes, plus memorabilia spanning 7 decades of motorcycling for sport and for pleasure.

There are over 400 rare and classic motorcycles on display in four galleries.

This is a living museum and. Sammy has taken his motorcycles to demonstrations at race circuits throughout Europe and as far away as New Zealand and America.

Looks like fun, anyone riding down to this from Oxfordshire area or passing through A34 route?
